As Afresh’s Senior Manager of Deployments, your experience in working creatively with flexible enterprise software implementations will be a force for your team and Afresh as a whole! You will oversee a team of Deployment Leads responsible for large-scale technical implementations for all of our customers. The Deployments team is involved in every stage of the customer's onboarding and expansion journey, so you will be responsible for the quality, timeliness, precision, and dexterity of your team's operations while managing a large portfolio of projects. You will represent the Deployments team to increase the company's capacity to onboard and expand customers through documentation and ownership of best practices, playbooks, and implementation methodologies.

About the Role

  • Assure timely execution of all customer implementations and expansions in your team’s portfolio
  • Work cross functionally with our Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support organizations to define and catalyze pathways for your team of Deployment Leads to be successful in driving customer launches
  • Lead, hire, and train a growing team highly effective Deployment Leads, providing mentorship, supporting personal and professional growth, and fostering a strong and supportive community through the team
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Afresh’s platform, the value it provides to our customers, and the technical design of our integrations
  • Own the headcount and non-headcount budgets of the Deployments team’s operations
  • Manage the forecast of staffing assignments for your team, informed by a dedication to accurate scoping of customer work

Skills and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience managing enterprise client implementations, preferably at a high-growth B2B software company
  • 4+ years of experience leading technical integration teams and/or teams of Deployment Leads/Implementation Managers, including portfolio oversight and accountability for delivered customer work
  • Kindness, humility, energy, and drive to bring to our growing team of amazing Afreshies
  • Comfortable making decisions through ambiguous, high growth environments
  • Organized and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to define and architect lasting processes that drive scalable impact
  • Detail and process orientation, with the ability to manage many complex projects spanning many external and internal stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset that allows you to understand customer business processes and balance their priorities against Afresh priorities
  • Experience in grocery preferred but not required
  • This role requires 20% travel
