Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a fast-moving and agile Finance Team focused on supporting the business with incredible service to enable Ancient Nutrition to give our customers an excellent experience. What you’ll be doing:

• Maintain customer remittances and deposits in NetSuite.
• Manage and resolve payment issues and discrepancies in a timely manner, reporting any delays to Senior Accounting Analyst.
• Work with the Accounts Receivable team to confirm customer deductions received with customer remittances.
• Responsible for handling all incoming AR emails using the appropriate process as outlined by Senior Accounting Analyst.
• Responsible for reviewing the aging report and sending collection emails as needed.
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department, to include adhering to close cut off dates.
• Manage accounting transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain internal and external communications as it relates to your position.
• Special projects assigned by the Finance Team.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of accounts receivable experience
• NetSuite experience a plus
