Ancient Nutrition is seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Specialist to support freight, transportation, and distribution activities across our supply chain. This role coordinates the timely, accurate, and cost-effective movement of inventory while supporting distribution operations, inventory accuracy, system transactions, and communication with internal and external partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate finished goods movements from contract manufacturers to 3PL locations, including shipment planning, freight scheduling, delivery appointments, shipment consolidation, and truckload utilization.
  • Maintain the inbound load board and monitor shipments from product readiness through delivery, providing timely visibility and helping resolve delays, missed appointments, shortages, and other transportation exceptions.
  • Ensure shipments meet Ancient Nutrition quality and shipping requirements and provide 3PL partners with accurate shipment details and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate Transfer Orders, Item Fulfillments, freight documentation, and related inventory transactions in NetSuite to support inventory control and alignment with 3PL systems.
  • Support inventory allocations, transfers, and rebalancing across 3PLs and sales channels based on approved forecasts, demand, and inventory plans.
  • Plan and execute Amazon FBA replenishment shipments through Seller Central, including shipment plan creation, inventory allocation, shipment coordination, and follow-through to support FBA in-stock availability.
  • Support day-to-day distribution operations by researching and helping resolve inventory, receiving, shipping, system, freight, billing, and reconciliation discrepancies across NetSuite, Deposco, and 3PL systems.
  • Coordinate with freight brokers and carriers and support freight sourcing, rate evaluations, and

carrier selection to maintain competitive costs, reliable capacity, and efficient transportation lanes.

  • Track and report transportation and distribution KPIs, identifying exceptions, trends, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Inventory, contract manufacturers, carriers, and 3PL teams to support efficient inventory movement and distribution operations.
  • Support special projects and distribution initiatives, including product launches, promotional builds, kitting projects, and other inventory movements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, distribution, or a related field, including experience coordinating freight movements, carriers, brokers, and/or 3PL providers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working within ERP and WMS systems; NetSuite and Deposco experience preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, including planning and executing FBA shipment plans and coordinating inventory replenishment into Amazon fulfillment centers.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound day-to-day operational decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Working knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required.
