About the role

Responsibilities
  • Drive partnerships, set up the marketing, sales, and GTM functions as we scale our product

  • Work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering to set comprehensive product strategy and goals for company performance, with efficient mechanisms for measurement

  • Own complex operational processes, including product analytics, company OKRs, financial management and reporting, hiring, and support for future rounds of fundraising

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience in an operator role at an early stage startup, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, business operations, or related field

  • Strong data analysis skills – working with statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets (e.g. SQL, Python, etc)

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Thrives in ambiguity, ownership mindset, and willing to ‘get your hands dirty’ outside of the scope of your role (e.g. Product, data science, etc)
