The Role: We’re looking for a Dental Pro Associate Account Manager to join our growing Dental Professional channel and help expand our presence within dental offices nationwide. In this role, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of dental professional accounts, driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and consistent account engagement. This is a sales-forward role focused on pipeline development, account growth, and long-term customer partnerships. You’ll identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and partner closely with customers to help them get the most value from COCOLAB’s product portfolio. While delivering a high-touch customer experience is critical, the primary objective of this role is driving growth and revenue expansion. This position is ideal for someone early in their sales or account management career who is motivated by hitting goals, building relationships, and developing commercial skills in a high-growth environment.
What Success Looks Like:
- Consistent revenue growth across a portfolio of dental professional accounts.
- Strong engagement and ordering frequency within assigned accounts.
- Successful reactivation of dormant or underperforming customers.
- Well-managed sales pipeline with clear opportunity tracking.
- High customer satisfaction through responsive communication and support.
- Strong relationships built on trust, credibility, and consistent value delivery.
What You’ll Do
Account Management & Revenue Growth:
- Own, manage, and grow a portfolio of active dental professional accounts.
- Drive engagement, ordering frequency, and revenue through proactive outreach.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product portfolio.
- Monitor customer ordering patterns and engagement metrics to uncover growth opportunities.
- Reactivate dormant customers and rebuild long-term relationships
Sales & Pipeline Development
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound outreach, follow-ups, and account expansion strategies.
- Track opportunities and customer interactions in CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Partner with leadership to execute growth initiatives across the Dental Professional channel.
Customer Experience & Support
- Manage inbound support requests and inquiries from dental professionals with professionalism and care.
- Ensure timely resolution of orders, account issues, and general questions.
- Deliver a thoughtful, high-touch experience that strengthens customer loyalty and brand advocacy.
Field & Event Support
- Attend up to 8 dental conferences annually to support sales efforts, strengthen relationships, and drive new account growth.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer support, preferably in a B2B environment; Experience in a clinical or dental hygiene role, a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Experience working with customer support systems like Zendesk.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
- High level of organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- A growth mindset, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for building customer relationships.
