Looking for an Application Support Specialist who will manage enterprise-wide applications at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

Undefeated Tribe is an official franchise of Crunch Fitness based in Austin, TX. The Undefeated Tribe is expanding the Crunch Fitness brand across Texas and Oklahoma over the next two years and will be inviting over 500 individuals to join their team to help their community experience fitness, wellness, relaxation, and recovery.

Position Overview

The Application Support Specialist is responsible for the provisioning and deprovisioning of employee access, ensuring efficient configuration and management of enterprise-wide applications, and developing processes for role-based access. This role involves close collaboration with HR, hiring managers, and IT teams to support the integration and maintenance of applications within the organization's infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Provisioning/Deprovisioning: Manage the provisioning and deprovisioning of employee access, including handling job changes and ensuring accurate permissions are assigned.
  • Application Expertise and Configuration: Responsible for configuring new club setups within these applications. Serve as an applications expert for the following enterprise-wide apps: ABC/Ignite, Woven, Sunlync, Okta, Google, Camera Systems
  • Access Management: Build and maintain processes for access by role, ensuring they are updated as new roles are developed within the organization. Document manual application access outside of Okta.
  • Application Integration: Identify applications that need integration with UKG and/or Okta. Collaborate with MSP to develop and implement integration plans.
  • Collaboration with HR and Hiring Managers: Work closely with HR and hiring managers to define access requirements for new roles. Ensure seamless onboarding and off-boarding processes.
  • Laptop Provisioning: Collaborate with MSP to provide company-issued laptops.
  • Quarterly Review: Conduct quarterly login reviews of application users to ensure access is appropriate and up-to-date.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 years of relevant experience required.
  • Proven experience in application support or a similar role.
  • Expertise in managing and configuring enterprise applications such as Okta and Google.
  • Strong understanding of access management and role-based access control.
  • Experience with application integration and working with IT teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in enterprise application management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and document processes.
  • Familiarity with identity management and access control solutions.
  • Proficient in using and configuring Okta and Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and laptop provisioning.

Physical Requirements

  • Requires extended use of computer and peripheral equipment.
  • Prolonged stints of sitting working in an office/home office environment.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree business information systems preferred

Compensation (Salary)

  • $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)
  • No bonus offered for this position
