Looking for a regional vice president of personal training who will be a key member of our leadership team at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

Undefeated Tribe is an official franchise of Crunch Fitness based in Austin, TX. The Undefeated Tribe is expanding the Crunch Fitness brand across Texas and Oklahoma over the next two years and will be inviting over 500 individuals to join their team to help their community experience fitness, wellness, relaxation, and recovery.

Position Overview

The RVPT supports a high-performance, high-care culture that operates with speed and urgency in delivering outcomes through member experience, service, and results. They create a warm, kind, and hospitable club, allowing everyone to achieve their goals in a “no judgments” environment.

The RPTM position is a key member of our leadership team reporting to the COO and is responsible for assisting the Regional Vice President, Market PT Managers, Market Partners, Managing Partners and PT Managers with daily club operations and delivering “WOW” service for team members and members alike!

Responsibilities

  • Partners with RVP to develop an effective communication strategy and feedback loop.
  • Conducts meetings with and collaborates with Market PT Managers, Market Partners, Managing Partners and PTMs to review performance, motivate and guide to achieving individual and company goals
  • Consults and assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management of a team of qualified Personal Training Managers
  • Works with market and club leaders to achieve both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
  • Coach and guide Club Leaders on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients.
  • Manage the CrunchOne Kickoff process through demonstrating, coaching, and guiding PT Team members on how to engage with members with the goal of converting the members to personal training services.
  • Ensure accurate administration of PT services including, but not limited to, usage of dotFIT program and supplements, goal tracking, measurement tracking, program design and tracking, and progress reports
  • Maintain accurate reports and data for clarity into performance of the business
  • Manage, align, direct resources informed by department KPIs & organizational priorities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hours
  • Report to Executive Leadership on key results and action plans
  • Maintain accurate time clock and personal training session utilization records for proper labor controls and integrity.
  • Ensure Club level PT staffing maintains appropriate levels to service our customers and business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date certification/CPR records of all personal training staff.
  • Responsible for conducting weekly club visits, completing club audits and reporting results to all stakeholders.
  • Responsible for supporting company initiatives and continuing education courses as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 Years as a Personal Training Management preferred.
  • Prior Management experience leading a multi-unit business.
  • Has demonstrated success in a fast pace, high growth environment.
  • Certified in one or more of the approved Nationally Accredited Certifications listed:
  • ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
  • ACE Personal Trainer Certification
  • The Cooper Institute Personal Trainer Certification
  • IFPA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
  • NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, or Performance Enhancement Specialist
  • NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
  • NFPT Personal Trainer Certification
  • NSCA Certified Personal Trainer or Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
  • International Sports Sciences Association (with NCCA accreditation)
    • Certified Personal Trainer
    • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
  • CPR/AED certified or can complete within 30 days from hire

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs
  • Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
