Reports to: Director of New Club Openings

Looking for a presale manager who will be responsible for leading presale initiatives for new club openings for multiple locations throughout Texas and Oklahoma at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe.

Undefeated Tribe is an official franchise of Crunch Fitness based in Austin, TX. The Undefeated Tribe is expanding the Crunch Fitness brand across Texas and Oklahoma over the next two years and will be inviting over 500 individuals to join their team to help their community experience fitness, wellness, relaxation, and recovery.

Position Overview

We are looking for a results driven and detail oriented manager to join our team who will be responsible for managing all milestones, initiatives and components during the presale phase. You will be responsible for organizing the setup, logistics and procurement for all departments during the presale phase and transition into open club. You will be responsible for supporting each presale team with all needs and issues that arise, communicating timelines, updates and changes, assisting with implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales data and trends, and providing feedback to the executive team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the sales process, project management, excellent communication and follow-up skills, and the ability to develop relationships with all.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with implementing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives
  • Coordinate and monitor training needs and coordinate support as needed
  • Analyze sales data and develop reports to track performance
  • Lead the organization and planning for Presale and VIP Events
  • Monitor staff and customer feedback and develop strategies to address any concerns
  • Develop customer relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients
  • Monitor the sales budget and ensure that expenses are within allocated limits
  • Negotiate partnerships, contracts and barter with vendors and suppliers for NCO events / space
  • Oversee procurement orders, storage, and organization of all business assets during the presale phase
  • Coordinate and book travel for related to NCO events
  • Update timelines and milestones weekly
  • Host weekly calls for each team with documented agendas and notes
  • Provide content for Weekly Newsletter for each NCO location
  • Assist Director in NCO with event planning and scheduling
  • Develop corporate partners and community relationships
  • Serve as support for Managing Partner / Market Partner and other department heads during gaps

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience required
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Fitness industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills required

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand and sit for long periods of time

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED required

Compensation (Salary)

  • $45,000 - 65,000 Base (depending on experience) + Bonus
  • $100,000 + total annual compensation potential
