Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things HR, People Operations, and Accounts Receivable, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution. Your work will directly impact company culture, compliance, financial efficiency, and employee engagement—making Daasity an even better place to work.

What will your day-to-day look like?
People Operations & HR Administration
- Own and manage all HR systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records, data integrity, and reporting.
- Own HR reporting, providing insights on workforce metrics, trends, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state and international labor laws (US + Canada), tracking regulatory changes and updating policies accordingly.
- Collaborating with our PEO, Justworks, oversee compensation and benefits administration, including open enrollment, compliance, and employee inquiries.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screenings, interview coordination, and hiring logistics.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a seamless and positive experience for new hires and promote long-term retention.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and fostering positive workplace relationships.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including culture-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback collection.
- Manage the performance review cycle, facilitate goal-setting, feedback collection, and performance evaluations.
Financial Operations & Accounts Receivable
- Own and manage the Accounts Receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups on outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with finance leadership and revenue operations on revenue tracking and month-end financial reporting.
- Support audits and financial compliance efforts by maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations and at least 1 year of general accounts receivable experience.
- Strong understanding of HR and People Operations best practices, multi-state labor laws, compliance, and HRIS administration.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience with benefits administration, payroll processes, and employee data management.
- Basic knowledge of financial operations, including Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and financial reporting is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to balance tactical HR and People Operations responsibilities with long-term strategic projects.
- Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and build trust across all levels.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a proactive approach to improving People Operations and operational processes.
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced startup environment, comfortable wearing multiple hats as needed.
