Job Summary

Supports the growth of Drunk Elephant in Asia, ensuring markets uphold the brand philosophy and follow brand guidelines. Partners with regional and local market teams to reinforce the global brand image and positioning, maintain strong brand equity and deliver outstanding business results. Reports into the Director, International Marketing.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and approve regional and local market calendars and 360 marketing plans
  • Liaise with regional and local market teams to identify any local needs and align with global marketing
  • Work with Global digital team and regional teams to identify opportunities to increase weight of digital in all markets – through retailer.com and pure players
    • Ensure retailer PDPs are regularly updated with all assets
    • Devise ways to improve key metrics
    • Push to secure extra visibility on sites for key moments
    • Work with markets on CRM and social media initiatives
  • Align with regions on paid media investments and partner with Global teams to approve media plans for each market
  • Collaborate with market and visual merchandising teams to brief visual merchandising updates, new door openings, and events
  • Reviews and submits creative briefs and manages asset delivery
  • Review new product forecasts and provide guidance for sampling
  • Partner with local markets to develop and refine the consumer experience in open sell and department store environments
  • Owns the pricing process with respective markets:
    • Partner with regions to conduct annual pricing review, respecting pricing guidelines established by Global
    • Suggest pricing for new launches, following pricing structure and guidelines established by Global Marketing
  • Leverage regional activations across multiple markets
Qualifications & Competencies

  • College degree, 5+ years’ experience in marketing
  • Strong leadership ability and experience in working with different cultures - dynamic, flexible, collaborative, with a positive attitude
  • Software expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Ability to balance analytics with creativity, while being strategic
  • Attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback
  • Strong oral, written, communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of competitive marketplace, digital, and in-store environment
  • A passionate, energetic team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and utilize sound judgment
  • Experience in working with Asia markets preferred
  • Flexibility to take morning & evening calls to align with Asia business hours
