Salary
$119,925 - $179,888/ year

- Manage innovation calendar and product marketing strategy including product architecture, and product launch process
- Develop global product strategies for 3-year innovation plan development for new product launches, key core skus and sampling
- Ensure that innovation planning and core meet business objectives and deliver on brand financial plans
- Partner with Product Development to optimize new launch positioning and key messaging
- Prepare and submit NPD Product briefs with alignment from senior management
- Present strategic pricing recommendations, based on competitive pricing analysis and COGs targets
- Partner with Operations to determine new launch sizing, forecasting, and planning across all regions
- Partner with US and International teams on local assortments, forecasting, line edits, and pricing recommendations with a focus on US and China
- Partner with Copy team to develop product copy that reflects messaging priorities and aligns with brand values and tone of voice
- Partner on artwork proofing and routing – new and existing, to ensure messaging is consistent across the board; be key liaison for artwork routing/proofing
- Lead consumer insight studies and analytics in partnership with consumer insights team to inform decision making, understand consumer trends, validate concepts and test new go-to-market strategies
- Stay up to date with emerging consumer trends and needs in key markets globally
- College degree, 8+ years of work experience in marketing
