About the Role
We’re looking for a GTM Generalist (New Grad) to join FERMÀT and help us scale how we bring our AI-native commerce platform to market. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of operations, marketing, and customer-facing teams (sales, customer success, partnerships).
You’ll rotate across different go-to-market functions, working closely with experienced operators, marketers, and revenue leaders who are invested in helping you grow from a new grad into a strong GTM leader. From day one, you’ll take on real ownership of projects that directly impact pipeline, customers, and revenue.
This role is ideal for someone who’s excited to learn quickly, wear multiple hats, and build foundational skills across the entire GTM motion.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll tackle a diverse set of problems across our go-to-market engine:
GTM Operations

Support core GTM systems and processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

Help maintain and improve CRM data hygiene, reporting, and workflows

Build dashboards and analyses to track funnel performance, conversion rates, and revenue metrics

Assist with forecasting, territory planning, and process documentation
Marketing & Growth

Support campaign execution across channels (email, events, partnerships, content)

Analyze campaign performance and surface insights to improve conversion and ROI

Help build and maintain marketing operations workflows (lead routing, attribution, automation)

Collaborate with marketing to test new growth experiments and messaging
Customer-Facing & Revenue Support

Partner with Sales and Customer Success on deal support, enablement materials, and customer insights

Join customer calls to learn firsthand how customers use FERMÀT and where we win or lose

Help document customer feedback and turn it into actionable insights for product and GTM teams

Support onboarding, renewals, and expansion motions as needed
You’ll spend your first few months rotating across these areas, building context and shipping small but meaningful projects. Over time, you’ll take on larger, more ambiguous initiatives with increasing ownership.
What We’re Looking For
Required

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or a related field

Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and dashboards

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Bias toward action and ownership—you like figuring things out and moving projects forward

Curiosity about how companies grow and how GTM teams work together

Comfort working cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders
Nice to Have

Internship or part-time experience in operations, consulting, sales, marketing, customer success, or startups

Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or SQL

Exposure to B2B SaaS, startups, or revenue teams

Experience running projects, student org leadership, or entrepreneurial work

Interest in AI, commerce, or technology-driven businesses

What a Typical Week Looks Like
You’ll split your time across execution, analysis, and collaboration. One day you might be building a dashboard to understand funnel conversion; another day you might be helping launch a campaign, sitting in on customer calls, or improving a sales process.
You’ll work closely with teammates across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product. You’ll ship work weekly, get fast feedback, and see the direct impact of your efforts on the business.
Early on, you’ll focus on well-scoped projects with guidance. As you ramp up, you’ll start owning end-to-end initiatives and influencing how we scale our GTM motion.
