About the Role

We’re looking for a GTM Intern to join FERMÀT and support how we bring our AI-native commerce platform to market. This internship is designed for students who are curious about operations, marketing, and customer-facing roles and want hands-on experience inside a fast-growing B2B SaaS company.

You’ll work closely with our Go-To-Market team across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You’ll contribute to real projects that impact pipeline, customers, and revenue—while learning how modern GTM teams operate at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who’s excited to learn quickly, work cross-functionally, and build a strong foundation for a future career in GTM, operations, or growth.


What You’ll Work On

You’ll support a variety of projects across our GTM engine, with clear scope and mentorship:

GTM Operations Support

  • Help maintain CRM data accuracy and assist with basic reporting and dashboards

  • Support documentation of GTM processes and workflows

  • Assist with data cleanup, analysis, and operational projects across Sales and Customer Success

  • Learn how forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking work

Marketing & Growth Support

  • Assist with campaign execution across email, events, partnerships, or content

  • Help track and analyze campaign performance

  • Support marketing operations tasks like lead routing, list management, and attribution

  • Contribute to growth experiments and messaging tests

Customer & Revenue Exposure

  • Shadow Sales and Customer Success calls to learn how customers evaluate and use FERMÀT

  • Help gather and organize customer feedback

  • Support onboarding, enablement, or renewal-related projects as needed

  • Assist with preparing customer-facing materials

You’ll ramp up with smaller tasks and clearly defined projects, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you demonstrate ownership and curiosity.


What We’re Looking For

Required

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to ask questions and learn quickly

  • Interest in startups, technology, and how companies grow

Nice to Have

  • Previous internship, project, or student org experience

  • Exposure to B2B SaaS, startups, or revenue teams

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, or SQL

  • Experience running projects, events, or campaigns

  • Interest in AI, commerce, or growth-focused roles

No prior experience with these tools is required—we’ll teach you what you need to know.


What a Typical Week Looks Like

You’ll split your time between executing assigned projects, learning how GTM teams collaborate, and meeting with teammates across functions. You might help build a report one day, support a campaign the next, or sit in on customer calls to observe how deals and relationships are managed.

You’ll receive regular guidance, feedback, and context to help you understand not just what you’re doing, but why it matters.
