Job Description:

Goli Nutrition Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team in Vancouver, BC. As CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring the health and sustainability of our operations, and leading major strategic initiatives aligned with our growth objectives. This is an executive-level role reporting directly to the CEO, with high visibility across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
• Oversee risk management, capital investments, and funding strategies
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial financial regulations
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial health of the company to stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic decisions affecting the company’s direction and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (MBA or CPA designation is an asset)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial executive role
• Proven leadership in financial planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Experience in brand management and/or wealth management is considered an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a criminal record check

• Work must be completed on-site at the Vancouver office (remote work is not available)
