Boulevard is seeking an Insight Analyst to transform Boulevard’s data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. Their natural curiosity and ability to execute will enable data-driven decision-making and permeate this new function to all levels of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in data analysis, outstanding deductive abilities, and a keen passion for understanding a business through the data lens.

What you'll do here:

• Analyze raw and prepared datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights and craft compelling stories that guide strategic initiatives and improve business processes
• Provide guidance and thought partnership to stakeholders on how best to analyze and distill data for critical business needs
• Become a trusted advisor who tells impactful stories with data to educate and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations
• Manage the full cycle of iterative data exploration, including hypothesis setting, data cleansing, insight visualization, and action planning
• Create intuitive and dynamic Tableau dashboards that provide business critical insights to stakeholders and enable informed strategic planning
• Act as a key consultant between the Data Analytics department and other business units providing analytical support to ensure departments are able to leverage data effectively in their operational strategies
• Regularly present findings and insights to senior management and other key stakeholders, adapting communication styles to suit different audiences
• Utilize insights to influence and shape business strategies, working closely with senior leadership to align data-driven strategies with business objectives

What you'll need to thrive:

• 5-7 years of experience as a growth analyst, data analyst, or business intelligence role with a proven track record of deriving insights from large datasets
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and SQL
• Proven ability to deliver consistent insights from ambiguous data in a B2B SaaS or consumer marketplace business
• Highly collaborative individual with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams, present findings, and influence decision-making
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex topics simply to a range of audiences
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead projects independently
• Experience in Python for data manipulation and analysis

How we'll take care of you:

Your total budgeted cash compensation (base + 10% bonus) for this role is between $105,000 and $150,000 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
