Boulevard is experiencing our next phase of growth and maturation. As a result, we’re excited to welcome a new member to the Talent Acquisition team! Focused primarily on driving candidate pipeline within our Revenue and go-to-market (GTM) organizations (Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, G&A, etc.), as our GTM Sourcer, you’ll work within our sourcing aggregator Findem to identify and engage high quality talent for Boulevard. In partnership with our recruiters, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our business and the needs we have for talent, helping us to continue building our world-class BLVD team!

What you’ll do here:

• Build meaningful and trusting relationships with the recruiting team and partners in the business, primarily interfacing with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience while sometimes working with Finance and Accounting, Strategy and BizOps, and People and Culture.
• Collaborate with recruiters and business partners to qualify roles, proactively discuss updates, and identify and engage amazing talent for Boulevard.
• Build effective outreach campaigns that influence talent to take action, meet with our recruiters, and engage in the interviewing and hiring process.
• Approach your work with flexibility, willing to jump on calls with candidates and work deeper into the funnel, as needed.
• Begin to help build out our candidate CRM capabilities.

What you’ll need to thrive:

• Experience: Sourcing or recruiting experience within or supporting the software industry. High-growth SaaS or vertical SaaS experience a plus.
• Technical aptitude: Experience with Findem (or other similar sourcing aggregation tools), and Greenhouse preferred, but not required.
• Effective EQ: Ability to read beyond job descriptions and candidate profiles to better assess business needs and candidate value.
• Persuasive writer: Experience building meaningful campaigns to inform and attract candidates to Boulevard.
• Artful balancing: Ability to juggle sourcing for multiple roles, sometimes with different target profiles.
• Get-it-done energy: Self-motivated and accountable with a team-first mentality.
• Joy for data: Comfortable with funnel data and an eye towards measuring and testing the success of campaigns to better inform future iterations.

How We’ll Take Care Of You:

Your total cash compensation for this role is between $75,000 - $105,000 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This salary range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement.
