The Director of Finance will oversee and enhance the financial operations of our medical aesthetic studios, ensuring effective budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management. This role involves collaborating closely with regional managers and other stakeholders to optimize financial performance and support strategic store operations.

Key Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Budgeting and Financial Planning:
- Develop and manage studio-level budgets and forecasts, aligning financial goals with operational strategies.
- Work with regional managers to gather and consolidate budget inputs, ensuring accurate and realistic financial planning.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for store operations, including profit and loss statements, sales reports, and variance analysis.
- Provide actionable insights based on financial data to help store managers improve performance and profitability.
- Utilize Power BI to create dynamic financial dashboards and visualizations that highlight key metrics and performance indicators.
- Cost Management and Control:
- Monitor and control store expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Review and approve store expenditures, ensuring compliance with budgetary limits and company policies.
- Operational Support:
- Partner with operations to analyze financial performance, including sales trends, inventory levels, and operational costs.
- Provide financial recommendations to enhance store profitability and operational effectiveness.
- Data Management and Integration:
- Manage and streamline financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency in Power BI reports.
- Implement data integration processes to consolidate financial data and enhance reporting capabilities.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement best practices and financial processes to streamline store operations and improve accuracy.
- Support the development and execution of financial procedures and controls for store operations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including store operations, marketing, and supply chain, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to store personnel on financial processes and systems.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s in Finance) or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, preferably with a focus on retail or store operations.
- Strong understanding of retail financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store managers and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Power BI, including the ability to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports is preferred.
