We are looking for a full-time Solutions Consultant - German Speaker to join our Product Team with a focus primarily on the EMEA market working in our US/EMEA Solutions Consulting team.

The Solutions Consultant role is the perfect blend for candidates who enjoy bringing together business and technology to deliver valuable outcomes and solutions. This role is an exciting, fast paced opportunity where no two days are the same and where creativity and problem-solving are encouraged and rewarded.

As a digital first company, we offer greater flexibility in working location. Therefore, you can work from our London or Munich office, or remotely within the EMEA.

What you can expect:

• Support senior consultants and sales colleagues in preparing and delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
• Learn to understand each customer’s business challenges and help connect these with parcelLab’s solutions.
• Assist with proposal and RFP responses by gathering inputs and tailoring solution details.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Implementation, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure our platform continues to meet client needs.
• Grow your technical and business knowledge to build trust with prospective customers over time.

What you need to succeed:

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (solutions consulting, sales engineering, support, or related). SaaS experience is a plus but not required.
• A strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn (e.g., APIs, HTML, JavaScript, Python basics).
• Interest in e-commerce and retail technology — you don’t need to know everything, but you’re keen to learn fast.
• Confident communication skills: able to explain ideas clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• A collaborative mindset, curiosity to ask good questions, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Fluency in English & German are required. Any other European languages are a plus.
• Legally authorized to work in the location you apply from.

Nice-to-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a fast-growing SaaS company or start-up.
• Additional language skills.
