Redbud Brands is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates will be extremely detail-oriented, focused, and collaborative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations of our portfolio companies focused on better-for-you CPG brands. The individual hired for this role will be required to balance their time between handling the many aspects of delivering operations to meet both retail and direct-to-consumer demand.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

● Oversee and manage cross-functional project management to drive initiatives and achieve sales and operational goals, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely execution.

● Design and implement processes to successfully launch multiple product lines into the retail and DTC market, including new customer onboarding for various channels such as Natural, Club, Specialty, eCommerce, and Conventional.

● Ensure accurate and complete customer profiles, including new item set-up forms, vendor and routing guides, COIs, timelines, and all necessary documentation for a smooth customer launch.

● Create and maintain a central master data sheet for product attributes, ensuring a single, reliable source for product information, including dimensions, ingredients, and copy.

● Work in tandem with shopper marketing in the development of retail ready product packaging, sales materials and other branded items ensuring alignment with brand standards and market needs.

● Partner with finance and new items price list management to manage and update price lists to reflect current customer pricing strategies and market conditions.

● Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all customer-specific information is clear, understood, and implemented prior to first ship; fulfillment, logistics, accounting, and EDI/IT.

● Document processes and manage all customer portals including price lists ensuring accurate sources for all internal pricing and managing all customer price increase notifications and processes.

● Create and manage the entire supply planning process across all brands in the portfolio.

● Work with each brand to help create a monthly S+OP meeting.

● Track KPIs - OOS, on-time fulfillment, vendor scorecards, etc.

Qualifications:

● Minimum 4-6 years’ sales operations experience in the CPG industry; across a variety of channels including Pet Specialty, HBC, Center Store

● Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing desired.

● Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong planning and project management competencies.

● Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Strong knowledge of the CPG industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer dynamics.

● Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.

● An entrepreneurial “jack/jill of all trades” spirit.

● Strong computer skills, ability to create presentations, complete analysis, and develop reports.

● Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and common IT tools.
