Reporting to the Director of Digital, the Digital Operations Analyst will assist in the day-to-day operations of how solidcore as an organization interacts with vital digital tools and services. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of digital tasks, maintaining quality assurance standards, reviewing documentation, and managing processes within the Mindbody Online Ecosystem. This person will work extensively with the Mindbody Online Team and support initiatives from the field team.
You will be responsible for…
- Overseeing the execution of daily Mindbody workflows as well as other service providers e.g. Axle
- Work with teams to enhance how teams utilize Mindbody and other digital platforms
- Be the focal point of any issues related to/from Mindbody and tools used by the field
- Collaborate with HQ and field teams to identify recommended platform updates to improve user experience and efficiencies.
- Support HQ and field teams in troubleshooting all aspects of schedule reporting, creation, and maintenance across all platforms (Mindbody, Axle, app/website, etc.)
- Awareness of all cross-functional business objectives, ensuring the field has all necessary tools, collateral and communication to successfully implement/execute within managed platforms.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance how they leverage digital tools and systems
What we need from you
- The position is full-time and exempt with an expected 40 hours worked per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Mindbody Online, G-suite and MS office.
- Must be local to the Arlington/DMV area.
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us
- Familiarity with Mindbody online software or similar platforms preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with varying hours of work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for fitness, wellness and the [solidcore] brand.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $60,000-$70,000 annually per year based on experience
