[solidcore] is seeking a CRM / Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our HQ in Arlington, Virginia. We are a fast-paced, innovative company looking for a driven individual to implement client acquisition and retention strategies using email, SMS and push notifications.
Reporting to the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing new campaigns & journeys to engage, educate, retain and acquire new clients/members - content that brings the [solidcore] experience to life for our clients and all who are seeking a stronger version of themselves. This role requires a mix of copywriting/design, project management, audience understanding and analytics to report, update and optimize the full lifecycle of touch points for our clients.
An ideal match should have a strong interest in fitness/familiarity with the brand, be highly collaborative and familiar with CRM strategy/implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules to ensure timely sends of content based on optimized send times.
  • Maintain and update content calendar with visibility to cross-functional partners. Communicate changes or updates for alignment within overarching marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Understand segmentation of clients and prospects based on place in the journey. Familiar with creating and sizing audiences in platform and validating parameters to reach the right audiences.
  • Brainstorm to create new journeys and update existing journeys to maximize performance.
  • Design new templates/copy and provide feedback on agency designs/copy in Figma based on prior campaign best practices.
  • Set up new journeys and campaigns in platform.
  • Develop and execute CRM marketing strategies tailored to existing clients to enhance satisfaction and retain membership.
  • Leverage CRM systems to collect and analyze customer data, identify behavioral patterns and key touchpoints, and create personalized marketing plans.
  • Generate regular customer analysis reports to provide actionable insights for improving marketing activities.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign effectiveness and improve conversion rates and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and digital teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business objectives and site/app pages are optimized for CRM program success.
  • Provide customer insights to support product optimization and service improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in CRM tools and propose improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors preferred with a focus on communication, marketing
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing
  • Skills:
  • Experienced with a CRM Platform (preference for Axle, Klaviyo, Braze or similar)
  • Familiar with Canva, Figma for creative design
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, copywriting experience
  • Familiar with data analysis through CRM platform & visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau
  • Strong understanding of in-house brand team operations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
