[solidcore] is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join our HQ team. Our Digital Product Manager will lead our mobile app initiatives and drive user growth. This role will focus on optimizing user engagement, improving conversion rates, and enhancing overall product stickiness through data-driven experimentation and feature development.
Located in Arlington, Virginia and reporting to the Director of Digital, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space.
Responsibilities:
- Own key product metrics including user retention, conversion rates, and engagement KPIs
- Lead the product roadmap development and execution for our mobile applications and website
- Design and implement A/B tests to optimize user flows and increase conversion rates
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact features
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for improving app stickiness
- Create and maintain product requirements documents and user stories
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact and user value
- Present performance metrics and insights to leadership team and stakeholders
- Drive product strategy through competitive analysis and market research
- Foster a metrics-driven culture
- Collaborate with teams to enhance how they leverage digital tools and systems
Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience with a focus on mobile applications
- Must be local to the Arlington/DMV area
- Must have strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of improving key metrics such as retention and conversion rates
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of mobile app development and user experience principles
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience scaling mobile applications
- Knowledge of mobile app store optimization and growth metrics
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary of $120,000.00 per year
