[solidcore] is looking for a Technical Project Manager. Located in Arlington, Virginia, and reporting to the Director of Digital, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in the studio fitness space. Our ideal Technical Project Manager will manage how the organization integrates and adopts new technology while overseeing a strategic portfolio of initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities. This role would be responsible for collaborating cross functionally and leading various organizational projects. This includes driving alignment with leaders, managing multiple project timelines, and drafting executive-facing communications.

What You'll Do

  • Work with [solidcore]’s various leadership and team to manage the implementation of a new systems across the organization
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies in alignment with [solidcore]’s business objectives
  • Establish and manage cross-functional project plans, business case development, milestones, risk assessments
  • Coach and consult leaders, teams, partners, and individuals to adopt new ways of working and navigating change initiatives
  • Provide strategic and tactical thought leadership leveraging data and experience to influence cross-functional alignment, and provide leadership recommendations
  • Actively monitor project risks, scope, and facilitate communication for key stakeholder alignment, approvals, and recommendations to remove identified barriers
  • Own and lead meetings including establishing project charters, agenda preparation, project presentation updates, progress tracking, timeline/calendars and overall project status
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance how they leverage digital tools and systems
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the project, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience
  • Must have strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) , or Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
  • Must have 4+ years of Project Management Experience
  • Must be local to the Arlington/DMV area
