Reporting to the Senior Workforce Manager, the Workforce Planning Specialist will play a vital role in supporting [solidcore]’s growing studio operations through administration of our workforce scheduling platform, Blueprint. As the day-to-day owner of the system, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, managing configuration and user access, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing ongoing system updates and improvements.
In this role, you’ll also support cross-functional workforce planning efforts by ensuring studio teams have the tools, training, and communication needed to execute effectively and consistently across all locations. You’ll be a key point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries and will help uphold operational standards and brand guidelines throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, tech-savvy, and a proactive problem-solver with a background in fitness, hospitality, or service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator of the Blueprint scheduling system.
  • Monitor data feeds and integrations; identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors promptly.
  • Maintain user access, permissions, and security protocols in collaboration with IT and HR.
  • Oversee system version updates, including testing, validation, and internal release communications.
  • Update and manage personnel attributes within the system, including location, skills, titles, and pay rates.
  • Create and deliver training materials and best practices for internal users of Blueprint.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries in the Workforce team inbox; escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide direct support to studio teams in resolving scheduling-related issues.
  • Ensure studios are equipped with the necessary resources, tools, and documentation to implement workforce planning successfully.
  • Monitor and enforce brand standards, deadlines, and compliance requirements across all studio locations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Workforce Management team on strategic initiatives that support overall business goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in fitness, studio operations, hospitality, customer service, or other service-based industries.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite (particularly Google Sheets) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) with the ability to work remotely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
  • Experience with report generation and dashboard maintenance.
  • Experience with data analytics.
  • Familiarity with Mindbody Business platform.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams or supporting multi-location operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation range of $70,000.00-75,000.00 per year, based on experience
