[solidcore] is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Performance Analytics to join our dynamic team at our HQ in Arlington, Virginia. We are a fast-paced, innovative company looking for an experienced marketing manager to drive overall growth. This role provides technical expertise in SEM, SEO, and analytics while supporting new studio opening success. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Director and partnering closely with our Paid Media Manager, this role focuses on agency coordination, data validation, dashboarding, and operational execution to drive studio growth across the United States.
This role will understand the company goals and adjust digital strategy accordingly, consistently driving growth across all markets in collaboration with a variety of cross-functional teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong interest in fitness and/or familiarity with the brand.
Key Responsibilities:

Agency & Media Management (SEM & SEO)
Oversee flawless execution of partner agencies (media agency & SEO agency), ensuring priorities are clear, data is validated, performance is tracked and goals are achieved.
SEO: Review agency technical audits, content recommendations and link building reports
SEM/Google: Coordinate paid search optimizations with media agency; provide technical expertise on keyword strategy, ad copy testing, and more. Validate reporting and optimizations across Search, Demand Gen, YouTube, PMAX.
Affiliate: Coordinate affiliate program success with media agency and internal teams
Support Paid Media Manager with tactical coordination across other performance marketing channels including creative updates, pixel placement on social, programmatic and other channels.
Use actionable market insights to identify trends and opportunities to enhance performance and adapt quickly to optimize
Maintain close partnership with Sales, Digital, Brand, Studio Operations, CRM, Organic Social, Analytics, and more to ensure 360 implementation.

New Studio Openings
Growth lead for new studio opening logistics and marketing success. Collaborating closely with media agency for paid, internal sales team, field teams and brand marketing to ensure new studios reach intended goals.
This person should be highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams while improving processes to improve collaboration and efficiency, maintaining updates to timeline and agency/internal resources.
Track weekly goal pacing, optimize across media, sales and lifecycle to drive early memberships & revenue
Experience supporting multi-location business growth
Create repeatable playbook for marketing support for studio refreshes

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Partner with Digital team to refine landing pages to enhance user engagement and conversion.
Implement a disciplined A/B testing schedule to improve performance through the funnel, ensuring results are disseminated and iterated on

Analytics & Dashboarding
Able to review agency reporting with a keen eye to confirming data and insights and approving necessary changes.
Build custom reports synthesizing data from Google Analytics, ad platforms, and internal systems to calculate channel-specific CAC, LTV, and ROI. Identifying trends and opportunities.
Strong proficiency in building and maintaining performance dashboards across growth channels using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to track key marketing KPIs.
Creation of executive-ready visualizations and automated reporting
Understanding of advanced measurement including MMM / MTA and incrementality a plus
Qualifications:
Experience: 5-6 years of experience at an agency or in house marketing team, experience working with external agencies or partners

Skills:
Highly familiar with Google, Affiliate (through Impact or similar)
Experience with social channels (Meta, TikTok), programmatic, direct mail, etc a plus
Familiar with web and data analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMRush, Search Console
Experience with an MMP (such as Appsflyer, Adjust), a plus
Experience with a CRM tool (such as Klaviyo), a plus
Understanding of membership/ subscription business models
Experience with localized marketing campaigns
Initiative, a self-starter who looks for areas needing improvement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
