Located in vibrant Washington, D.C., and reporting to the Director of Loyalty & CRM, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in studio fitness. The Analyst of CRM & Loyalty will execute and activate [solidcore] CRM campaigns to accelerate customer acquisition, maximize customer engagement and maintain digital customer journeys. The primary focus will be to support, evaluate and create reporting around all client touchpoints across channels that seek to enroll, activate, and grow the [solidcore] membership experience. Inclusive of this role will be a core function of supporting our integrated campaigns, and executing the reporting and analytics process with a strong focus on KPIs, evaluating segmentation, and utilizing our loyalty program to drive engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Execute email, push notifications, and sms messaging in the platform based on customer lifecycle, and brand positioning to increase acquisition, retention, frequency, and visits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update communication templates for the field and studio teams related to customer experiences across all channels.
  • Support refreshed Loyalty Program and relevant communications in line with client needs through brand introductions, client challenges, developing relevant offers, ongoing lifecycle management, and quality testing.
  • Support the execution of an integrated Marketing calendar to utilize CRM programs and activities in line with key brand and customer moments.
  • Support the implementation and activation of our owned channel strategic approach including email, app, SMS, and web experiences in line with client needs.
  • Develop ongoing feedback and analytics agenda and track progress towards marketing goals to help inform weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Utilize an ongoing partnership with analytics on the campaign, segmentation, site traffic, and app reporting.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field of study.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related position with increased responsibility.
  • Proven success in analyzing and executing marketing campaigns grounded in data and insights that have driven performance lift.
  • Strong creative eye & customer-centric lens, with the ability to efficiently support internal and agency partners to achieve the desired state.
  • Execution of omnichannel campaign strategies with complex user experiences.

Compensation and benefits:

  • The salary range is $45k-$55k.
