Located in vibrant Washington, D.C., and reporting to the Director of Loyalty & CRM, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization with a desire to be the leader in studio fitness. The Analyst of CRM & Loyalty will
execute and activate [solidcore] CRM campaigns to accelerate customer acquisition, maximize customer engagement and maintain digital customer journeys. The primary focus will be to support, evaluate and create reporting around all client touchpoints across channels that seek to enroll, activate, and grow the [solidcore] membership experience. Inclusive of this role will be a core function of supporting our integrated campaigns, and executing the reporting and analytics process with a strong focus on KPIs, evaluating segmentation, and utilizing our loyalty program to drive engagement.
