Product Marketing Manager

Reports to: Senior Director, Product Marketing

Role Summary

As Specright's Product Marketing Manager, you'll bridge market insight and go-to-market execution. You'll transform customer and market understanding into clear messaging, launch plans, and enablement materials that empower GTM teams and differentiate Specright in the Specification Management and Product Lifecycle Management software categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product and feature launches, ensuring consistent messaging across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Develop value-based positioning, pitch materials, and customer-facing content that reflect Specright's Spec-First approach.
  • Lead customer marketing initiatives to drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy.
  • Build and maintain a competitive and market intelligence program (battlecards, win/loss insights, emerging trends).
  • Support sales enablement through decks, one-pagers, and internal briefings that ensure field readiness.
  • Partner with Demand and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across campaigns and events.
  • Identify opportunities to improve go-to-market processes and program efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5–7 years in product marketing or a similar GTM role within B2B SaaS (manufacturing, supply chain, or CPG preferred).
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and simplify complex technical topics.
  • Experience building customer marketing, enablement, or competitive programs.
  • Strong storytelling, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
