In March 2021, Spindrift announced it’s launching a delicious, cleaner take on hard seltzer – Spindrift Spiked Sparkling Water. Come join the team and play a critical role as we launch our newest product across the US. The Region Director should be willing and able to travel up to 80% of the time throughout their region. Responsibilities for the role include:

Own the Spindrift Spiked & DSD Business Across Your Territory

  • Lead top to top quarterly meetings at each major distributor
  • Oversee sales meetings to generate excitement and educate distributor sales reps and managers
  • Oversee the execution of monthly business reviews with each distributor’s management team
  • Develop and execute a plan to identify and land key accounts to drive our business
  • Determine and execute against our distribution goals
  • Achieve our volume goals
  • Develop and manage annual budget
  • Create impactful distributor incentive programs to align with company culture and stay within budget
  • Create and establish retail standards

Team Management

  • Oversee a team of regional managers to manage their business and provide them the needed tools, direction, and support
  • Attract, manage and develop top talent, building a strong bench of talent for future promotions
  • Spend the bulk of the time in the trade with the team
  • Develop KPI’s and make sure that all team members in your region are achieving their goals
