We are looking for seasoned Distributor Managers who can build quality retail activations through our distributors and eventually lead others to do the same within their areas of responsibility. Spindrift’s beverage brands have consistently experienced extraordinary growth. As this continues, there will be significant opportunities to advance within the company.

This role will build the brand through distributor partnership, chain management, in-market event and sampling execution. The Regional Distributor Manager will maximize the Spindrift brand by overseeing our Distribution Partners’ execution and be the main point of contact for both Spindrift Sparkling 16oz and Spindrift Spiked within all channels of trade within a specific geography. Responsibilities for the role include:

Manage Spindrift Spiked and Spindrift 16oz DSD Distributors (typically the same distributor) – Ensure every opportunity within the market is explored and prime brand presence achieved, maximizing volume, revenue and profit.

  • Manage Spindrift’s Distributor Partner’s in a professional and influential manner, ensuring the Spindrift Brand is consistently top-of mind amongst other brands within their portfolio.
  • Stand out as a unique, thought-provoking partner, holding distributors to high standards by driving solutions to deliver opportunities versus overcoming issues.
  • Manage team consisting of a Market Development Manager (MDM) and Market Development Representative (MDR)
  • Meet weekly account visit expectations and communicate any wins/follow ups to distributor partners.
  • Get to know the distributors’ business and drive positive relationships across all levels of the organization and grow market share.
  • Ability to call on regional chains (large and small format) and work closely with distributor Key Account partners.
  • Routinely track and communicate chain mandates/authorizations to internal and external business partners to ensure 100% retail execution.
  • Create Annual Business Plan to deliver against volume and distribution KPIs, finding unique ways to continually expand product availability within the right outlets.
  • Utilize consumer and category data to educate distributor personnel and retail customers
  • Plan and implement incentive programs to deliver distribution, merchandising, display, and retail promotional objectives.
  • Sell in displays & programs and support with in-store sampling (on and off premise).
  • Work cross-functionally with Spindrift's logistics, marketing, finance, and Sparkling sales team.
