We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:

As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities for our SaaS products and building a strong sales pipeline. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and initiating conversations with potential clients in the cosmetics industry. By leveraging your excellent communication and sales skills, you will lay the foundation for long-term relationships with clients, promoting our software solutions and addressing their specific needs. Building relationships with prospects will be the central part of your job. You must have impeccable communication skills, as well as being focused on lead generation and strategic outreach. We don’t just use AI — we build, refine, and scale agentic workflows that augment our sales team’s reach, precision, and velocity. We believe the real competitive edge lies with SDRs who can architect, optimize, and steer intelligent systems — not just operate them.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Conduct human-led outreach: manage discovery calls, qualify leads.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand potential Customer pain points, business objectives, and challenges in the cosmetics industry.
  • In parallel, execute campaigns partially or entirely driven by AI — then take over as needed.
  • Design, implement, and maintain AI agent workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, personalized messaging, sequencing, hand-off logic.
  • Iterate and fine-tune workflows based on performance data, edge cases, and feedback.
  • Own pipeline data governance & CRM hygiene.
  • Validate AI and human-generated metadata, fix mistakes, de-duplicate, ensure CRM data integrity.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 2+ years in SDR, outbound sales, or pipeline generation role
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable thinking in system logic: branching, flows, conditionals
  • Hands-on experience, or strong willingness to learn with AI and agentic tools, prompt engineering, and workflow design
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, and automation platforms, e.g., Make, Zapier, n8nLangChain, AutoGPT, LlamaIndex, and other AI orchestration frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset: experience reading metrics, running experiments, iterating
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to catch subtle errors or edge cases
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and comfort in evolving tool ecosystems
