We’re building a diverse, inclusive, and deeply collaborative team at Tracksuit – one where curiosity, experimentation, and real impact come before checking every box. If you’re reading this and thinking, “This sounds like me, but I’m not sure I hit 100% of the criteria,” we encourage you to hit apply anyway. We’d love to meet you.
At Tracksuit, we’re reshaping how marketers and brand leaders connect with their audiences. We provide beautifully simple, radically affordable, always-on brand tracking that makes sense – even before your morning coffee kicks in. In June alone, we ran tens of thousands of surveys across 12+ countries to show our customers how real people feel about their brand – and their competitors.

Are you our next Senior Site Reliability Engineer?
We’re on the hunt for a thoughtful, impact-driven SRE to help us scale the infrastructure behind one of the world’s fastest-growing brand platforms.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our platform stays fast, reliable, and resilient, while also helping others level up their understanding of what great infrastructure and operational excellence look like. You’ll operate with high trust, high agency, and the support of an engineering team that genuinely values your voice.
As our Senior SRE, you’ll help us scale Tracksuit by:
- Designing, building, and maintaining resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure in AWS (with Terraform/CDK, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and more).
- Leading the charge on reliability, observability, monitoring, and incident response practices that support a high-performance platform.
- Automating infrastructure and deployments to improve delivery speed and confidence.
- Coaching and supporting other engineers on infrastructure and DevOps best practices.
- Helping us balance feature velocity with platform stability – and championing both.
This role is exciting because:
- You’ll shape some of our most impactful decisions. The health of our platform is foundational to our growth – your work will directly influence how fast and safely we can scale.
- You’ll help embed a culture of reliability. From tooling to postmortems to system design, you’ll help us embed operational excellence across engineering.
- You’ll take ownership of end-to-end systems. From defining observability to scaling infrastructure to supporting incident response – you’ll have autonomy and support.
- You’ll have room to explore. Whether it’s experimenting with new tools or leading improvements, we’ll back your ideas.
Sound like you?
- You’ve spent 4+ years in SRE or infrastructure-focused roles and know how to build secure, scalable, cloud-native systems.
- You’ve worked with AWS (or another major cloud provider), Kubernetes, Terraform/CDK, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus.
- You’re comfortable writing in Python, Bash, or TypeScript – and enjoy automating the boring stuff.
- You stay thoughtful during incidents, are curious about root causes, and care about learning over blame.
- You’re collaborative and kind. You get energy from mentoring and helping others grow – and you want to be part of a team that lifts each other up.
- We’re growing fast. If you’re excited by impact, curious about infrastructure, and ready to join a supportive, high-performing team – we’d love to hear from you.
