We are looking for high-performing finance professionals for our portfolio companies. Successful candidates will be pivotal for portfolio companies in meeting their financial and reporting objectives.

Potential roles may include a range from accountant manager to controller. While specific roles may not be available immediately, candidates will be considered for future roles through this job posting.

Primary Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Lead the operations of the financial organization, ensuring sound financial and other business practices in accordance with GAAP as well as the Company short and long term goals, objectives and profit plans
• Provide financial advice on issues of major significance that may impact current and future business and the Company's profitability and reputation
• Direct the preparation of statistics for financial statements, including preparation of charts and graphs depicting progress, conditions and results, and related reports and recommendations
• Actively manage working capital / liquidity in a levered capital structure
• Manage, develop, monitor, and analyze monthly operating budget and model
• Manage working capital line of credit and related debt covenants
• Promote and initiate aggressive strategies to achieve sales growth, distribution expansion and cost savings and strengthen responsiveness to customers in cooperation with other senior executives
• Manage sales analytics of sales and profitability by customer by product for management and sales team

• Experience with preparation of reporting materials of a private equity backed company preferred
• Experience preparing materials for due diligence by potential investors / acquirers preferred
• Expert in cost accounting
• 3+ years of successfully preparing an operating company for a timely completed year-end external Big 4 quality CPA audit required
• High level of proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and financial modeling required
• Must be a “hands-on” / “roll-up up your sleeves” individual and comfortable in a lean organization and department required
