About the role

As a Project Analyst Intern in the Process Improvement team, you will play a crucial role in tackling critical challenges associated with product information management, elevating purchasing life cycle management, boosting operational efficiency, and resolving root causes impacting product availability. You will collaborate closely with the Buyer team, Operation team, Technical Product Management team and Process Engineer team, contributing to the overall enhancement of the merchandise process.

Responsibilities:

Product Information Management:

    • Analyze and rectify issues related to product information accuracy and consistency.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product data management.
    • Contribute to the overall improvement of product data integrity.

Purchasing Life Cycle Enhancement:

    • Contribute to streamlining the purchasing life cycle through insightful analysis and process optimization.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
    • Assist in the implementation of purchasing process improvements.

Operational Efficiency:

    • Work closely with the operations team and process engineer team to identify areas for efficiency enhancement.
    • Participate in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
    • Analyze data to provide recommendations for streamlined processes.

Product Availability Root Cause Resolution:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes affecting product availability.
    • Contribute to initiatives aimed at achieving seamless product availability by resolving underlying issues.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the Buyer team, operations team, and process engineering team to drive comprehensive improvements.
    • Communicate effectively to comprehend requirements and implement effective solutions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a relevant Master degree or recent graduate in Data Analyst, Supply Chain, Engineer or other relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Python for data analysis and scripting (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Enthusiastic learner eager to contribute to process enhancement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain operations is advantageous (preferred).

Compensation Range

  • $25-28/HR
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
