Responsibilities

  • Manage the employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Support implementation of corporate-wide policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives
  • Provide coaching, direction, and counsel to the site business leadership team, as well as all levels of employees to proactively anticipate, prevent, and resolve a wide area of HR issues
  • Program management in areas including employee performance, annual compensation review, manager and employee development, and succession planning
  • Provide individual and group training on a variety of HR tools, policies, and procedures, management training and topics as required
  • Partnering with hiring managers to support the full cycle of the recruiting process
  • Answer and assist field offices with general HR questions and requests
  • Assist with time card collection and ad hoc HR reports
  • Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of HR experience, bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related. (preferred)
  • Familiar with federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish preferred
  • Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills are a must
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
  • Must keep all departmental information confidential at all times
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills as well as highly computer literate

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,560- $74,000
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
