About the role

Weee! is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to lead enterprise IT infrastructure and project execution for all sites and manage all IT matters for the HQ office. This is a “hands-on” leadership role. The successful candidate will thrive in fast-paced, exciting, and dynamic environments. You will be driven by delivering high-quality, on-time solutions, applying appropriate risk management to drive results, and managing multiple demands simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, networks, security cameras, badge systems, and servers for the HQ office.
  • Maintain IT equipment inventory, IT assets, IT software and applications, and ISP. Manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
  • Design and maintain IT infrastructure (including networks and warehouse automation systems, etc.) for all regional sites. Lead the change management process.
  • Identify and mitigate IT infrastructure risks to support business continuity.
  • Build an IT ticketing system and dashboard, and perform data analysis and reporting.
  • Establish, measure, and define IT goals, and maintain an IT roadmap. Manage and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Work and collaborate with the Information Security Director to implement security-related projects.
  • Work and collaborate with regional IT Specialists to implement IT and security-related projects.
  • Serve as a key corporate contact for functions and operations in all IT-related matters.
  • Conduct routine site visits and IT audits with a pre-defined checklist for all sites. Expect 20% travel within the US.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT, including 3+ years in network management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Management Information Systems), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Possess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent network skills, such as managing IT server rooms, network design and maintenance, and warehouse AP implementation.
  • Well-versed in security camera systems and badge systems. Excellent vendor management experience.
  • Ability to provide high-level support for all IT networking and communications hardware.
  • Willingness to take initiative, be hands-on, and be results-driven.
  • Effective relationship management, communication, and presentation skills, with demonstrated success dealing effectively with customers, vendors, peers, and senior management.

Compensation Range

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $95,000 - $110,000
  • This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
  • Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
