About the Role
Weee! is currently seeking an Outbound Supervisor I, who will be responsible for overseeing all outbound warehouse activities, including order packing, staging, route checking, and shipping of customer orders. This role ensures that outbound processes are executed accurately, safely, and efficiently to meet customer delivery requirements. The supervisor will lead and develop a team of warehouse associates, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and drive continuous improvement in outbound operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily outbound operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback.
- Monitor productivity, labor utilization, and workflow to meet operational goals and customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and sanitation regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth flow and resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and outbound metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Assist with workforce scheduling, staffing, and overtime planning based on volume forecasts.
- Investigate and resolve escalated issues related to shipments, customer orders, or inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare reports on outbound performance, productivity, and service levels for management review.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education (e.g. Associate’s / Bachelor’s) preferred.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience in a high-volume warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center, especially in outbound or shipping.
- Strong knowledge of outbound warehouse processes, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or similar tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to read, write and speak the English language & numeric system.
- Proficiency in Google workspace.
- Forklift and/or electric pallet jack experience is a plus.
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
Work Environment
- Fulfillment Center environment: may be noisy, hot/cold depending on the area
- Physical requirements: frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, etc.

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $21-$25 per hour
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
