Embedding Brand
This team is solving one of the biggest challenges in brand tracking: helping customers actually use their data. Today, most customers log in, glance at their metrics, and leave without knowing what's changed or what to do about it.
Embedding Brand is changing that through conversational AI and intelligent product experiences that guide customers from raw data to strategic insight.
You'd be leading a team through an early, high-signal phase: a pilot is live with real customers, and the next step is scaling it. It's a mix of AI product development, deep customer understanding, and figuring out what "good" looks like in a space where nobody's cracked it yet.
Brand Data Ecosystems
This team exists to make Tracksuit data work beyond the dashboard. Customers want brand health metrics flowing into their BI tools, data warehouses, and marketing mix models alongside everything else they measure.
The team is building a new API from the ground up, co-designing it directly with customers and partners.
You'd be leading through an early co-build phase with real enterprise and mid-market customers, shaping both the technical foundations and the go-to-market motion.
If you like the intersection of platform engineering, external-facing product, and working closely with customers, this is that role.
We're looking for an Engineering Manager that is:
- Experienced technical leader: Someone who is an engineer, with experience across a range of technologies. These might include: React, NodeJS, Typescript, Java, Python, Postgres, CDK, and AWS (or another cloud provider) across different projects. You’ll have experience in designing, building, deploying and operating complex applications.
- Entrepreneurial and product-focused: Someone who can think holistically and commercially: who takes an interest in the wider business. You’ll be able to collaborate with product managers, designers, and customers, as well as have the ability to focus on business outcomes and engage in discovery, not just implementation.
- Experimental: Someone comfortable testing and iterating on ideas using a structured approach. You’ll have demonstrated experience assessing multiple solutions for a problem with various implementation approaches, and you’ll be data driven to guide your recommendations.
- Curious and a leader: You’ll be curious to discover new opportunities, grasp new technologies, and figure out whatever you need to drive growth. You’ll be a leader for other engineers in the team and be able to support and drive a team technically and commercially; You’ll have experience in coaching developing, and managing engineers, as well as having demonstrated ability to prioritise work.
- Kind: This is such a collaborative role that we ultimately want a great, collaborative and supportive team player.
We think this role is exciting because:
- You’ll have ownership over decisions to design the technical solutions that work: You’ll be responsible for architecting and designing scalable, reliable, and secure systems.
- You’ll be able to think entrepreneurially, focused on business outcomes: You’re not just shipping features. You’re working in team to drive acquisition and activation. That means you get to create a strategy, think holistically, and do whatever is needed to drive an outcome.
- You get to be experimental: designing experiments, trying new approaches to solve problems, talking to customers, doing discovery, sitting alongside product and design, and implementing solutions.
- We don’t have a roadmap dictated to us: you’ll have high-level business goals and outcomes, but it’s up to you to define the problems and solutions.
